In Remembrance

black-cancer-ribbon

Today is 9/11.  It was on this day we suffered a major attack . . .

Of course, as everyone knows, today marks the three year anniversary of Cyberpig’s destruction of the Functional Fillmore Frugal Movement website in a cowardly act of political censorship.  This marked the end of the fledgling Functional Fillmore Frugal movement, which was on its way to becoming a major force within the Libertarian Party.  Like the movement, however, libertarianism is now dead.

Those of you who want to relive the glory days of the Functional Fillmore Frugal Movement can access a mirror of the website at http://functionalfillmorefrugal.blogspot.com/.  It is there as it was on the day it was wrongfully deleted.

Let’s keep in mind, the movement was not all for naught.  Like a phoenix, from the ashes of the Functional Fillmore Frugal Movement, the Millard Fillmore Remembrance Project will rise.  Stay tuned for updates.

Fillmore

It’s Coming!

Meet the Latest IPR Censor

IPR recently signed a left wing statist to moderate its comments.   He goes by the screen name “dL.”  No meaning has been assigned to these initials. He also runs the defunct wordpress site rulingclass.wordpress.com.

At IPR, dL usually posts left wing, anti-White racist nonsense.  He then censors comments that disagree with his backwards outlook.   For example, today he posted a comment promoting illegal immigration.  Someone using the name Andy (not certain if it is Andy Jacobs) then posted a rebuttal endorsing the removal of illegal aliens and limiting non-White immigration. A few minutes later the rebuttal was mysteriously deleted.  This has been a continuing pattern often repeated. dL will make a comment supporting the anti-White globalist agenda and then deletes comments that call him out for this. Such censorship is funny for someone who claims to be libertarian. But libertarianism has been taken over by left wing statists like dL.

dL supports the left wing terrorist group Antifa which advances the globalist agenda of the Deep State, the same Deep State that has attacked IPR-X in recent weeks.  It is not known whether dL is a member of Antifa, the Deep State or both, but he certainly does their bidding as the latest IPR censor.

Be careful when you make comments at IPR lest they get deleted by censors like dL. Instead, you can post your comments here at IPR-X.  We allow nearly all comments and only ask that you write in English.

Sarwark Sees Justification for Violence at UC Berkeley Riot

15027387_908199735980048_5027143225185422911_n

Libertarian National Committee chairman Nicholas Sarwark says the rioters at UC Berkeley were justified to use violence last week to prevent “dangerous faggot” Milo Yiannopoulos from speaking due to Milo’s “despicable” speech.  Sarwark said this after believing a fake news report that Milo was going to use his speech to list the names of UC Berkeley students in the country illegally.  He tried to save face by double-talking and calling the use of violence to silence speech as also “despicable”, but Sarwark is wrong to argue moral equivalency between violent riots and peaceful speech.  Even though Sarwark’s premise is all wrong, his defense of the violence shows his priorities, priorities shared by many in the now-dead libertarian movement.

Sarwark and his “Weekend at Bernie’s” followers favor protecting illegal aliens over protecting free speech. Apparently that’s what it means to be Libertarian now days. That is one reason libertarianism died. The Libertarian Party is no longer the party of the White man.  It is the party of illegal aliens and homosexuals.

Many let Sarwark know what they thought of his comments on Facebook. Breitbart published an article displaying a few of them.

Shane Trejo:

Milo is not a coward like so many Libertarians clearly are… because of smug full-of-shit pussies like Nicholas Sarwark, no self-respecting person can call even publicly themselves a libertarian these days without feeling embarrassed.

Chad Chaderson:

It seems like ‘libertarian,’ for many, is just a code word for social justice warrior.

Milo Yiannopoulos:

this idiot should stick to what libertarians actually know about — weed, Bitcoin and hacking — and leave slanderous rumor where it belongs. On CNN.

Here’s some more comments taking Sarwark to task.

Duke Becher:

So is the chairman for or against free speech and liberty? Getting hard to tell…

Robert Woods:

The fact that you are trying to excuse violence is despicable behavior. You can denounce Milo’s rhetoric while also denouncing the violence. You could then speak on proposals for immigration reform and not toss out the heart tugger about “destroying people’s lives,” which points to flaws when it comes to libertarian foreign policy. Will sending a undocumented person back to their home country actually destroy their life?
You are unpacking the box from the wrong end. We must first remove negative incentives for immigration before reverting immigration laws. Are you ok with undocumented students using federal tax dollars for their education?

Steven Sadowski:

The one thing I could always count on from the libertarian party was a sense of principle. It’s OK to make mistakes. It’s human, but to continue to deny that you got the story wrong, or more accurately, cannot prove your allegation is troubling. Aren’t you a lawyer? Please, just apologize, and let’s move on.

Pete Walker:

Not that, that particular outlet would have been the best option but you damn right he should call out illigals, there is a legal way of entering this country, and by undermining that process you essentially are telling the o es that came here LEGALLY “oh well, too bad you obeyed the law of he land sucker, you should have done it illigally and saved the money and paperwork!” And by using violence to disrupt the speech is atrocious ! Anyone who supports that behavior should be imprisoned along with the perpetrators. You fuckin morons still don’t understand why Trump got elected in the first place. WE THE PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF YOUR BULLSHIT !! WE THE PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF !! Paul Stanton stop supporting this ideology, if you ever want to ACTUALLY be elected into office in ANY capacity……

Patrick Bermudez:

Time for you to go Nicholas Sarwark, you are pushing the wrong agendas.

you are part of that group who calls themselves libertarians while guzzling subsidies, earmarks, monopoly, and corporatist crony partnerships from the hated “gubmint” then turn around and demand that the taxpayer bail out any fall out from these violations of market theory. You are turning the LP into a laughing stock.

The new “Libertarian Party” has a confused history on what libertarianism is. They have previously had individuals run for president like Bob Barr, a former Congressman who voted for the USA PATRIOT Act and the invasion of Iraq. Given this fact, it’s not entirely surprising that the party had a Hillary Clinton apologist run for vice president.

National LP policies have driven away many
normal intelligent common sense libertarians,
and is starting to resemble a cult.

Garion Ford:

The LP does seem to have been highjacked by SJW. it makes debates rather interesting with friends when I have crap thrown at me from my own party that sounds like it came from Sen Bernie Sanders.

Shane Trejo:

its one thing to not be a prick to immigrants. its another to spew baseless horseshit in a desperate attempt to virtue signal to leftists, which is what sarwark did with this post. and of course, he’s too much of an arrogant prick to admit how full of shit he is.

Your pathetic joke a political party won’t be getting any better, coward. Especially with lousy, worthless activists like yourself. That’s for sure.

Chad Chaderson:

you guys keep defending tranny bathrooms and siding with SJWs and we’ll stick to fighting for causes that actually matter.

Israel Anderson:

I sure hope this will be your last term as LNC Chair.

Scotty Sedlak:

Mr. Sarwark, I applaud you as a person who is doing (from what I can see) an excellent job of leading the Libertarian Party. But while I identify most as a libertarian, one of the main reasons I will not have anything to do with the LP is the stance on open borders. I totally agree that people should have freedom of movement to and from the country, but to ignore the threats that most certainly exist from foreign countries and individuals in order to inflate that idea of free travel to utopian levels is dangerous and foolish. There must be a border, they must be secure, and there must be knowledge of who is entering and why. To do otherwise is to wholly ignore the mandate of national defense which is one of the main reasons for the mutual union of States. With that said, a law stating that entering the country without proper authorization is a crime must also be enforced. Otherwise, the rule of law in a nation of laws does not exist. No matter how you personally feel, the law must be followed. If you don’t like the law, change it, don’t ignore it. And the law prescribes that those entering the country illegally must be deported. You can despise Mr. Yionnopoulos all you like, but I will not subscribe to a feel good system where government is based on emotion instead of logic.

Matt Nichols:

What an embarrassment for Libertarians. Take this SJW crap back to Tumblr and let’s get someone who won’t peddle this cultural Marxism under the guise of Liberty anymore

Sarah Copeland:

Are you intentionally ignorant, or is this purely by accident that you are spewing fiction that you’re trying to pass off as fact in a blatant attempt to gain favor with the progressive social justice warriors? Either you don’t have a clue what you’re doing, or you understand perfectly what you’re doing which makes it even worse. Step down and let someone with a spine and a set of balls lead the party.

David Larmore:

So, the libertarian party is engaging in spreading fake news, rumor and innuendo now?

No, it doesn’t explain violence. There’s no excuse for violence. Fake news, rumor and innuendo is no justification and/or logical reason for violence.

Bryan Burns:

Ok…let me try to follow. The guy who wrote this post, used unsubstantiated rumors in order to justify, or give a picture to feeble minded people of an “explanation” to riot in order to disrupt the free speech guaranteed in the constitution of these United States…
After using these rumors as an “explanation” to riot to stop free speech, his answer is that government has too much power. Apparently not caring that there is no protection of the free speech of the person he disagrees with, calls the person an asshole… because he is going to rat out people here illegally. After all, borders are imaginary lines.
Then I see someone on this thread using the fact that native Americans lands were stolen from them as a defense of some libertarian cause. Apparently, people came here across imaginary borders, stole their lands, infected them with various diseases, and they were relegated to second class citizens in their own land. Those open borders always worked out great for the white oppressors…didn’t it? Lol.
Some things are great in principle but leave results that are less than idea when implemented in the real world. There has to be some common sense. Free speech has to be protected or you give government the means to orchestrate riots in order to shut people up. Don’t think it would happen? Read the history books…the ones written before being rewritten for left wing agendas. Protest is GREAT. But never try to “explain” the destruction of others property and the denial of free speech to defend someone else’s right to be someplace illegally. It may be against libertarian principles to require any person to be denied entry for any reason (whether to farm or to blow up a city) but to destroy the very foundations of freedom of speech and property rights in order to obtain that imaginary unobtained principle is a dangerous thing. Work to make sensible immigration laws by reasonably swaying people, but not through unsubstantiated rumors and “explaining” away people’s violence ad destructive behavior. You will definitely lose those who have common sense

Joe Bonner:

This is why the libertarian party will never go anywhere. No, scratch that, this is why the libertarian party will remain a running joke.

“I mean look guys, its understandable that someone would throw Molotov cocktails at a Milos event over an unsubstantiated rumor made up after the fact, but like, what they should really so is vote against immigration laws.”

They did, they voted democrat. And no, they will never switch over to you because of your stance on cutting healthcare and welfare.

Greg Wainwright:

Sweet. Hey what’s your address? I think I’m going to move in to your house without asking. I’ll eat your food, use your utilities, and I’m going to hop on your health insurance plan. Oh, and I don’t speak your language so I’m going to have ask you and your family to change your customs and language to match mine. Sound good? I’ll be there by morning. You won’t even know I’m there. I’m not going to harm anyone.

Gage Czajkowski:

This is exactly why I left the libertarian party because of leftists like you who care more about the rights of illegals than the rights of American people

Parker G. Ward:

This is our Chairman folks. 1. Defends Bill Weld 2. Criticized Dr. Ron Paul, while defending Bill Weld. 3. Post a lie. 4. Defends the violence of the riots

Richard Dunkin:

I guess I know why I’ve never seen you discuss your absurd position with Stefan Molyneux. You don’t factor in the presence of a welfare state in the US. You also don’t factor in the lower average IQs of most 3rd world immigrants. The libertarian utopia you seek will never exist if you lower the nations average IQ by just a few points to the low 90s. I am amazed how the LP has changed to full on globalist. If you keep this up, you will never get my vote for president again, and I’ve voted LP for president 5 times in my life.

Doris D’Antonio:

Oh my God, I thought they were extinct. I guess they’re not. As per this, there is at least one total asshole left on the planet.

Make your voice heard.  Tell Sarwark what you think about his comment.

Then, do your country a favor and report any illegal aliens you know to ICE at 866-347-2423 or report them online.

Libertarians, it’s somewhat sad that libertarianism is dead, but there are ways to move on.  Bury the libertarian corpse and join us in the Alt-Right.  The American Freedom Party is a good place to start.

The Death of Libertarianism

Libertarianism was cool for a little while. It brought us Ron and Rand Paul, a way to oppose stupid wars without being leftist and a message that made us all feel good inside. Then we all witnessed as it became unworkable. A doofus stoner became the standard bearer, and embarrased himself and the movement. The “Libertarian” Party turned into a hotbed of social justice warriors and homosexuals. It cheered as the Supreme Court forced Americans to subsidize sodomy and ignored the real issues of illegal immigration, crime, and White genocide.

In the past year or so many of us abandoned libertarianism. Something better took its place. The frog emoji replaced the porcupine.  We started frequenting 4chan instead of Reason. And we all shaved our beards, cut our hair and got fashy haircuts. The Alt-Right was born when libertarianism died.

Many libertarians still don’t know their movement is dead. But it’s over. It died when it abandoned its base, the educated White men of America.  IPR and others still parade the corpse of libertarianism around with sunglasses as if it lives. But it’s starting to stink and it’s getting really sad. That’s the difference between IPR and IPR-X. We recognize reality while IPR is stuck in the past.

IPR readers and contributors, please bury the body. I ask you to join us here at IPR-X. We are the present and the future.

To Kill A Spammer

Over at the other place, former IPR contributor Chuck Moulton expressed disgust over all the boring, esoteric discussions on philosophy (how many angels can fit on the head of a pin) that have been occurring on IPR recently, mostly involving Crapozzi.  On one nonsense thread completely irrelevant to third party and independent politics, Moulton left a philosophic comment of his own, one which was actually wildly entertaining:

. . .

One of my biggest pet peeves is spam: unsolicited bulk email. I’ve had a long history fighting spam.

. . .

When in college I had a lot of free time on my hands, so every time I was sent spam I would investigate all the domains and IP addresses involved, report it to everyone involved, find the home address and phone number of the spammer, and call him at 3 am every night harrassing him until he begged me to stop and took me off his list. This was highly effective: apparently spammers were so afraid of me that I was put on a “don’t fuck with this guy” list amd they avoided me for around 5 years.

Unfortunately the landscape has changed. First, it is a lot harder to identify spammers.

. . .

This December I was getting a spam every single day to a fake shopping site pandering knick knacks I don’t give a damn about. When I tracked down the offender and asked him to stop, he added me to a bunch more lists. Now instead of getting 1 spam a day from that guy, I literally get 5 emails an hour — all with no opt-out link.

Here is how this ties in to libertarian philosophy:

I think we all agree the government does some things that it shouldn’t. It may be moral (though not legal) to flout some laws. For example, if the government bans oral sex, a person may be justified in ignoring that law. On the flip side, perhaps the government does not do some things that it should. For example, if the government declines to do anything about murder, rape, or robbery, we might be outraged. In that case, vigilante justice may be reasonable.

. . .

Because spam is one of my pet peeves, I would be more than happy to pay someone in India $200 to go beat the shit out of a spammer. On some days I wouls be eager to have a spammer murdered. Having given the spammer every opportunity to stop, in my opinion it would not be a violation of the Non-Agression Principle to beat the shit out of or kill a spammer because such force would be respinsive and justified rather than an initiation.

From a legal point of view, I’m also fairly confident that using jury nullification no American jury would convict me of beating the shit out of or kill a spammer. I am less confident a jury in India would allow me to take care of the problem without repercussions.
